We are blessed here at Church of the Holy Spirit with many opportunities to serve and grow in our faith journey. Whether you have one or more hours to give each week or every month there is a parish ministry just for you.
Finance Council
The Finance Council is four member ministry charged with overseeing the financial operations of the parish.
Parishioners with backgrounds in finance, accounting, real estate, banking, and so forth, who might be interested in this ministry, are encouraged to present their credentials to the pastor. Membership on this committee is at the pastor’s invitation. The term of service is typically three years.
Pastoral Council
The purpose of the Pastoral Council is to spiritually and knowledgeably represent the parish, to assist the pastor, and to vision, plan, advise and serve the needs of the faith community.
The focus of the Pastoral Council is on spiritual life, religious education, facilities development, and community outreach. Members serve a three-year term, beginning in July. Meetings are held the first Monday of each month. Applications are accepted beginning in March. For more information, call the parish office (480) 838-7474.
